CENTRAL VALLEY AG GROUP PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: 7/24/2026 | Last Updated: 7/27/2026 | Revision 1.0
1. Introduction
Central Valley Ag Group ("CVAG," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect when you visit https://www.cv-ag.com (the "Website"), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. This policy applies to the Website and to information you provide to us through it. This policy is posted in accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 22575–22579) and is linked from the footer of every page of the Website.
2. Information
We Collect 2.1 Information you provide directly
• Contact form and email inquiries: your name, business or company name, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your message.
• Employment inquiries: information you choose to submit in connection with an employment or application inquiry.
• Online store and cart: if you place an order through the Website, your name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, and order contents. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor; CVAG does not receive or store full payment card numbers.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website, certain information is transmitted automatically by your browser to us and to the service providers identified in Section 4:
• Internet Protocol (IP) address and general geographic location derived from it.
• Browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language settings.
• The address (URL) and title of the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the referring page.
• Information stored in or read from cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 5.
• Aggregate page-view and interaction counts recorded by our hosting platform on our own domain, used to understand which pages and features are used.
We collect this information to operate and secure the Website, to understand how visitors use it, to respond to your inquiries, to process orders, and to comply with legal obligations.
The Website does not currently deploy Google Analytics or any other third-party advertising or behavioral analytics service. No advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking technology is deployed on the Website. Our consent management platform will not load or transmit information unless you affirmatively consent to the relevant category.
3. How We Use Your Information
• To provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Website and our services.
• To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact channels and to communicate with you about our products and services.
• To process and fulfill orders placed through the Website.
• To measure and analyze Website traffic and usage so we can improve the site.
• To comply with applicable law and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. Third Parties That Receive Information Through the Website
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
The Website loads code and content supplied by the service providers listed below. When you visit the Website, your browser communicates directly with these providers’ servers, and information about your visit is transmitted to them. We select and deploy these tools and are responsible for their presence on the Website; each provider also processes the information it receives in accordance with its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

We may also disclose information to professional advisors, to service providers acting on our behalf under contract, in connection with a corporate transaction, or where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process. We will update the table above whenever a vendor is added to or removed from the Website.
5. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Your Consent Choices
The Website uses a consent management platform supplied by Usercentrics. When you first visit the Website, a consent banner is presented before any non-essential script is permitted to run. The banner offers the following controls:
• Accept All — you consent to all categories.
• Deny — you decline all non-essential categories.
• Save Settings — you may accept or decline each category individually.
The consent categories are:
| Category | What It Covers | Default State |
|---|---|---|
| Essential |
Strictly necessary for the Website to function, including:
|
Always On |
| Functional | Non-essential features that improve the user experience, such as interface icons supplied by Font Awesome. | Off until you accept. |
| Marketing |
Advertising, remarketing, and audience-building technologies.
Central Valley Ag Group does not currently deploy any tools in this category. It is included so that any future marketing technologies will be governed by your consent preferences. |
Off until you accept. |
Scripts are blocked until you choose
Non-essential scripts are blocked from executing until you make a choice. They are not merely notified of your preference after the fact. If you select Deny, non-essential scripts do not run, and the Website remains fully usable — all pages, navigation, and content are available.
As an additional safeguard, the Website enforces a Content Security Policy that restricts the sources from which fonts may be loaded to our hosting provider’s own domains. This prevents font files, and any associated tracking requests, from being retrieved from third-party font services.
Changing your choice
You may change your cookie choices at any time by selecting the privacy control available on the Website, which reopens the consent panel. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect how parts of the Website function.
6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no uniform industry or legal standard for how a website must respond to a DNT signal, and the Website does not currently alter its behavior in response to DNT signals.
The Website honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where your browser or extension transmits a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and as a decline of the Functional and Marketing consent categories.
7. Data Security and Retention
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information you submit through the Website for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal obligations. Information transmitted to the providers identified in Section 4 is retained by those providers under their own retention practices, which we do not control.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location and on which laws apply to CVAG, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion of that information, to opt out of certain processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, contact us at privacy@cv-ag.com or at the mailing address in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Website is directed to businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@cv-ag.com and we will delete it.
10. International Transfers and Changes to This Policy
CVAG operates in California, United States. If information is transferred internationally by us or by the providers identified in Section 4, appropriate safeguards are applied by the transferring party.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and revision number. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
